TOWN HALL

Faneuil Hall, one of Boston's oldest civic buildings, hosted a change-of-command ceremony Thursday, July 23, as Comfort took over leadership of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' New England District, according to a report distributed by the Corps' public affairs office.
