Boston Public Facilities Commission clears seven Department of Neighborhood Development property actions in a single session. The commission voted unanimously on all seven items Tuesday, covering a $39,000 South Boston home sale to James O'Donohue with a 150-percent-AMI deed restriction, a one-dollar-per-year 30-year lease of two North End parcels at 48 and 50 Tyleston Street to the North End Music and Performing Arts Center, and acceptance of a $220,100 MassDevelopment brownfields grant for a Jamaica Plain parcel. Erica Davis Estates LLC won a tentative designation to purchase two Dorchester lots — vacant for roughly 70 years — for $103,500.

Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center received a 24-month extension for its planned 41,000-square-foot Dorchester health facility, while a Mattapan project at 872 Morton Street saw its purchase price slashed from $350,000 to $200 to unlock DHCD financing for 40 deed-restricted units and the Steven P. Odom Serenity Garden. New Urban Collaborative Limited received a conveyance of 16 Roxbury parcels for $1,600, advancing a 12-unit LEED Platinum condominium project in Highland Park that the city estimates will generate $54,000 in first-year tax revenue.
