Boston commits $20 million to expand Universal Pre-K and bring home-based childcare into the city network. Wu also disclosed that Boston's SuccessLink youth summer jobs program has funded 6,000 spots in 2026, the most ever, with approximately 2,500 still available as of mid-July.
