Boston Public Facilities Commission approves $1.2 million in contracts for school repairs and a Commonwealth Avenue social-services building. The remaining two votes amended contracts tied to the Massachusetts School Building Authority's 2019 Accelerated Repair Program at three Boston Public Schools: a $388,000 increase to owner project manager firm Netco Construction Project Managers Incorporated and a $597,000 increase to design firm Raymond Design Associates Incorporated, covering roof replacements at the McKinley K-12 School in the South End and the Curley K-8 School in Jamaica Plain, and boiler replacement at the Mary Lyon School in Brighton, within a $7.1 million total MSBA project budget of which the state will reimburse roughly $3.9 million.
