The Boston Planning and Development Agency Board of Directors voted 4-0 at its September 11 meeting to enter a closed executive session to discuss ongoing litigation tied to the proposed project at 990 American Legion Highway, with no open public session held before or after. Board members Ms. Bennett, Dr. Landsmark, and Joe Malley joined the chair in the unanimous vote. The meeting, broadcast briefly on Xfinity Channel 26, was cut from the air immediately after the motion passed. The chair confirmed the board would not reconvene in open session once the executive session concluded, leaving no public record of what was discussed.
