Boston PIC Approves Roxbury Street Plans for 1.75-Acre Homeownership Development

Boston Public Improvement Commission approves Roxbury housing right-of-way changes and clears multiple utility petitions. The commission, presided over by a staff member identified only as Todd, voted unanimously to approve a joint petition by the Mayor's Office of Housing and the Boston Planning and Development Agency to widen and reopen Harold Street in Roxbury, along with companion discontinuance plans for sections of Holeworthy Street and Hollander Street, clearing the way for development of approximately 1.75 acres for homeownership.
